My oldest is still a magnet for disaster. i have to be a tough cookie to see some of the things that i see in my profession. finally i realized that you ve got to love some people with a long handle spoon and let them work out their own problems without wasting your time and energy. We re making memories, which is more than a pile of presents can do. i don t know this body for life thing, but can you vary your routine like maybe do a class or video for cardio instead of the treadmill (or whatever) also, did you know it totally possible to balance a book while on a stationery bike or check your google reader Rob Kardashian twitter via your phone.
